This 50 year old woman wanted to rejuvenate her forehead and upper eyelids. She had an endoscopic brow lift with small incisions hidden in the hair, as well as an upper eyelid lift using a CO2 laser. Her results are shown 6 months later.

This middle-aged woman presented with a history of previous upper blepharoplasty who did not like the appearance of droopiness at the outer corners of her eyes. She had tried botox a few times, but was not able to get sufficient lift from the botox.We decided together to perform a lateral browlift under local anesthesia in the office. Well placed incisions in the hairline were made in order to remove skin and lift the corners of the brow. Total procedure time was under one hour and sutures were removed in one week.Her results demonstrate moderate opening of the outer corners of her eyes with a natural overall improvement.

Endoscopic Browlift and Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This patient presented with the overall concern of accelerated complete facial aging. She stated that her lower face and neck appeared too heavy and without definition. She also stated that her upper eyes seemed very heavy and made her appear tired, even after a full night's rest. She previously had tried botox, fillers, and skin resurfacing, but none of those methods provided substantial results.We decided for a her a treatment plan to address both her upper and lower facial regions. For the upper, we decided to perform both a lateral brow lift along with an upper blepharoplasty. For the lower area, we agreed upon performing a lower facelift to address her jowls, and a necklift to help provide some definition below her chin and recreate her profile.Prior to her arrival to the Center for her procedure, she was prescribed the oral sedative Xanax. Once comfortable and relaxed, local anesthesia was administered to numb all areas. All 4 procedures were performed in the same treatment session which lasted a total of just under 3 hours. Most sutures were removed 6 days after surgery and she returned to work on day #10.Her results reveal dramatic changes in her jawline and neck along with substantial, but natural, improvement in her upper eye and eyebrow complex area.

This 51 year-old female was unhappy with the appearance of her face and brow. Being very athletic, the additional loss of natural fat was very troubling to her. Restoration of this fat volume was performed with precise fat transfer to the cheeks, jowls and facial folds. In addition, a deep plane facelift, neck lift and endoscopic browlift was utilized to resuspend the facial tissues to a more youthful position. Her results at 8 months show barely perceptible scars and beautiful contour.
