55-64 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

This 62 year old female is shown 6 months following Breast Reconstruction surgery performed by Dr. Rottman. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer in 2008 which was treated with a lumpectomy and left breast radiation. This resulted in significant breast asymmetry. I performed a Wise pattern reduction with an inferior pedicle in 2015. 559 grams from the right breast and 332 grams from the left breast were excised. Post op photo is 6 months following the bilateral reduction.
