Nasal bridge bump and C-shape deformity are corrected via the endonasal route with minimal dissection and operation of the nasal tip except for mild rotation.  The result of a more dainty nose is observed.

Dorsal hump and tension tip are treated via an external approach to reduce the bump on the bridge and sculpt the nasal tip to a more natural appearance. Post 1 year result is shown.
