This 30 year-old female patient desired bigger buttocks. The patient did not have enough fat for an autologous fat transfer or BBL. They did not want Sculptra injections - the patient wanted a permanent solution to their small buttocks. Therefore, the patient opted for permanent, FDA approved, Stanton silicone buttock implants. This patient went with an Anatomic Style Three. The surgery took approximately two hours for Dr. Katzen to complete under general anesthesia. The patients buttock implants were inserted through two small 2 incisions placed in their gluteal cleft. The buttock implants were placed in the gluteus maximus muscle. These pictures were taken approximately four months after their buttock implant procedure.

This 32-year-old female patient had silicone injected into their buttocks by another doctor and experienced multiple painful complications. So, Dr. Katzen had the dangerous silicone removed using ultrasound guided VASER assisted silicone and scar suction. The patient also had buttock implants inserted by Dr. Katzen.
