She needed a total of two syringes of JuvdermUltra Plus to make a significant difference relative to the volume she already had. The Juvdermwas placed within the vermillion  the pink portions of the lip  as well as in the areas above and below the vermillion.

Patient is 19 years old and wanted to have fuller looking lips. One syringe of Juvederm was injected in both her upper and lower lips giving her a beautiful result.

A Volume Lift is similar to a liquid facelift because only dermal fillers are used to achieve the desired result. Our goal with Volume Lift is to restore the youthful V shape and contour of the face by strategically, artfully and uniquely placing multiple syringes of filler using the same technique Dr. Marotta uses during a fat transfer procedure. The amount of filler needed to achieve the desired results is determined by your provider.Here is a patient who desired a more defined jawline but wasnt quite ready for surgical intervention. Our nurse injector was able to add visible contour and definition with multiple syringes of Juvederm Voluma to the cheeks, mandibular angle, pre-jowl sulcus and chin. A non-surgical nose job can be performed with a filler such as Restylane or Juvederm. The filler needs to be carefully injected in the correct locations to help achieve better balance to the nose. In this case, a dorsal hump would be best corrected by a rhinoplasty. Instead of surgery, this patient chose to have a nonsurgical rhinoplasty which will last for approximately one year. There is no downtime and the dorsal hump is smoothed out giving a softer appearance to the nose.
