Upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She had significant hanging skin over her upper eyelids and lashes, more so on her right side. She now has a crisp upper eyelid fold.

This 60 year old woman felt her eyes made her look tired all the time. She had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, (eyelid lift), using CO2 laser. This after photo was taken at 1 month.

This lovely woman in her early fifties came to us seeking rejuvenation of her eyes.  We performed an upper blepharoplasty along a lower eyelid laser treatment with a fractionated CO2 laser.  Her results were quite significant and natural at the same time.  Her upper eyelid hooding was removed and her lower eyelid wrinkles and crow's feet were significantly decreased.  Both procedures were performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation with valium.  Her downtime was less than five days.

Woman treated with Extended SMAS Facelift as well as Neck Lift, Eyelid Surgery through upper blepharoplasty, and Facial Fat Transfer. Post-op, patient had an improved neck, jowls and cheek without any stigmata of a facelift.
