	52 year old female, 1 1/2 years post bilateral mastectomy underwent bilateral breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. Presently with 700 cc high profile silicone gel implants with fat injections to cleavage, post nipple reconstruction and micro pigmentation (tattoo)
