Fully ablative erbium laser can permanently remove large pores. This treatment is done under partial sedation, and takes 9 days to recover from. 90% of the skin pores can be permanently reduced with this procedure. For smaller pores, Fraxel 1927 can be effective, however for multiple larger pores I prefer fully ablative lasers. Individual pores can also be treated with TCA CROSS - a form of localised chemical peeling. Dr Davin Lim
