53 yo female treated with Labia Majora Reduction and Vaginoplasty (View 4 of 4)

53 yo female consulted with Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre. Since her first vaginal delivery 32 years ago, she has had cosmetic vaginal concerns related to decrease vaginal sensation and a gaping introitus. She indicated that she sustained significant obstetrical trauma, from which she feels she never recovered. She also communicated the unhappiness she has with the long and flat appearance of her labia majora. Dr. Aguirre performed an out-patient Vaginoplasty to address the vaginal sensation issue and a Labia Majora Reduction to address the cosmetic appearance concern.
