65-74 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

This is a 66 year old female who underwent a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. She had an immediate reconstruction of the right and left side with tissue expanders. However, due to poor blood supply on the left, the tissue expander became exposed and needed to be removed. The left breast was then reconstructed with a latissimus dorsi muscle flap. Several "nip/tuck" surgeries were done to help her gain symmetry. She is 6 months out from her last surgery
