This 38 year old patient came in for a consult to discuss options to rejuvenate her appearance. Her main concern were the bags under her eyes. After discussing the benefits and drawbacks of surgical versus non-surgical opens, she opted to undergo a bilateral transconjunctival blepharoplasty and 2.8 ccs of Artefill (now called BellaFill) were used to restore volume in her malar region. The patient is seen 5 weeks after her procedure.
