This young lady came to me for improvement in the function and appearance of her nose. She had had several unfortunate incidents starting with a broken nose and involving several attempts at repair by another surgeon. The patient noticed ongoing collapse of her nose and little support of her nasal tip. After discussing her goals and options, we decided to proceed with a revision rhinoplasty suing rib cartilage to rebuild her nose foundation. She is shown here early at one month after surgery with improved shape, size, and appearance of her nose.
