45-54 year old woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty

This patient had a rhinoplasty elsewhere 20 years before, and was scared to have a revision because of her first bad experience. She needed help with her tip - it had been over-resected so it was pinched, but it was still severely over-projected (it stuck out too far). She was also having trouble breathing, due to nasal valve collapse. She had great aesthetic (and functional!) benefit from this revision tip rhinoplasty.
