Patient requested natural results augmentation with Sientra implants

    22 year old patient pre-operative cup size 32B requested augmentation. Wanted a full size C but a natural looking result that was in proportion to her frame. Wanted a full upper breast but not too much bulging.  This was accomplished using Sientra Round Base Shaped High Profile implants. The right breast has 320cc and on the left is 270cc.
