Less than a month to go till I have a breast augmentation with Dr. Charles Messa in Weston, FL. I have ALWAYS wanted a boob job for the last 20 years since they just never grew! I have always been tall and thin/athletic and was a small B cup (no cleavage) before having kids. I was pregnant and nursing for 5 years straight with only a 3 month break from stopping nursing my first (for 2.5 years) till I was expecting my second (nursed for a year). A year will have passed since I stopped nursing by my surgery date. Having gained and lost 45lbs each time and the extended nursing, I am left with 2 empty ball sacks for boobs :/ I only wear bralets or a formed strapless when needed, I would guess I’m a 34 A. I would like to be a full C/small D cup. I have a long torso and wide chest and want a cleavage look. Dr. Messa has suggested around 400-450 cc’s (my left breast is smaller so will need a larger implant in that one) cohesive round smooth silicone gel implant, most likely moderate plus projection but that will be determined during surgery after sizers. The nurse staff has been extremely thorough explaining the process and what to expect during recovery. When I called for a consult in February the first date available was the end of June, he is in demand! I found Dr. Messa through a local Facebook mom group where he had many recommendations, then read all the great reviews here. Will post again after surgery!

I had my BA today! I told the doctor I wanted a sexy cleavage look and to end up a D cup. He use Sientra HP 535cc and 585cc to correct asymmetry. I’m feeling ok, been icing all day. I don’t have any incision pain, just muscle soreness at the top of the implant.

Feeling a lot of relief since the surgical wrap has come off. The first day was pretty rough and I was sick to my stomach a couple times. Sleeping was ok, I am hoping that today can be the last day I need Tramadol. I have been instructed that I can shower tomorrow, and start massaging tomorrow as well as going braless for 6 hours during the day to help them drop.
