5’8” 120lb 34 Y/o Mom of 2 Breastfed Babies Sientra HP 535 and 565cc

I am one year 3 month post revision (capsulorrhaphy and internal bra dermal mesh) and still loving my results. I do wear an underwire bra during the day (Natori 32DDD fits me best) and a bralet or looser post op bra at night. I do feel more comfortable/secure with the weight of the implants when wearing a bra, and assume I am helping counter the affects of gravity for the long term. The implants do not feel heavy on my back or shoulders. They feel nice and soft now too.

Sorry it has been so long since an update! About 6 months post op it was clear that my implants had fallen too low making my nipples too high and I was developing a slight double bubble. I had a couple factors that would’ve caused this such as having very lax skin from years of breastfeeding (I never got any stretch marks despite getting huge with both babies), very little breast tissue to start with, and large implants. Dr. Messa agreed the results were not ideal and performed a capsulorrhaphy and added an internal bra dermal mesh. Recovery was a breeze and I was back at work within 2 days. My post op instructions were also different: no singulair, sports bra 24/7 for first 2 weeks then an underwire bra after 2 weeks. Surprisingly wearing the underwire bra early on did not bother me. My results could not be better. I have amazing cleavage in a string bikini And cannot believe that I went from flat with fairly far apart breasts to looking like this. 10000% recommend Dr. Messa.

I’m absolutely in love with my results! My “frankenboob” has gone away, and I do not have any discomfort. Weeks 2.5-3.5 were very hard with nerve pain. Dr. Messa and his staff have been great, answering any questions I have. I can’t believe that I have these results with just a “normal” breast augmentation and did not require a lift. I have perfect cleavage, and they are still “fluffing” out. The position is perfect, and the scars are perfectly hidden in the crease. My husband and I agree Dr. Messa is an artist, best of the best! 5 star experience every step of this journey, he is worth the wait!
