This is the extent to which the new boobs dropped. Not much of a change other than them being softer and more squishy. Very pleased with the results and not looking so “flat” after all the weight loss. Weight has been stable for a long time now so I don’t expect my boobs to get bigger than this.

What size implants did you go with? And did you get silcone or saline?
I had 385cc moderate plus profile Sientra gummy bear implants. They are silicone-based and form stable. I went with the round shaped ones :) I am very pleased with them. My skin took a while to stretch but they are perfectly soft now - I will be at the 3-month mark this weekend.
They look great. My breasts were very similiar to your before surgery but I got Mentor 325 moderate plus silicone. I am now wishing after looking at your pics that I went up to at least 375-400. My outcome wasn't as big as I wanted :( I wanted mine to look the way yours came out. They look incredibly good! :)

Day 2 vs Week 8

They dropped and filled out… getting softer every day and I love them even more. Working out is much easier with them now and I have sold most of my old bras/bralettes and replaced with new ones in my new size. Still sitting between a 32DD and a 3DDD. Check out Target and Marshall’s/TJ Maxx. I bought some great new bras for $5 in my new size and sports bras for $20 or so. You don’t need to spend a ton of money…
Definitely recommend this surgery if you are on the fence. The recovery period and not being able to weight train for a few weeks was worth it for sure.

Perfectly proportional - you look fabulous! :p
Thank you! I will post some more photos at the three month mark. They haven’t dropped anymore since the last bunch of photos so they still look great.

Week 1 v. Week 6 comparison

Just so you can see how much they dropped in 6 weeks. I do not even feel as though I even had surgery right now… zero discomfort. Incisions are healing VERY well. Still extremely pleased at this point. The surgery has exceeded my expectations at this point…
