You can see in the head tilt photo that her excess lower eye fat has been removed.You do not want to take too much fat so that you hollow the patient and end up again them.If you take too little fat, the patient still has a break in transition between the lower eyelid and the midface.You need to take just enough to achieve balance in the final result.
