    This 19-year old patient who was interested in breast augmentation surgery to improve her body proportions, she was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted to achieve fullness while still looking natural. The patient is now post-op surgery with smooth, round, saline breast implants were used and filled to 340cc in both breasts with submuscular placement.
