After she explained her goals and her desire not to have a tummy tuck or additional breast scars, we planned to do a mommy makeover with minimal scarring. This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

The patient is a 53 year old female two months after a tummy tuck as part of her mommy makeover. She was 5 feet 3 inches and weighed 165 lbs. before surgery. She has 3 children. Her weight after surgery is 149 lbs and she went from a size 16 to a size 10. No liposuction was done.
