    This woman lost 150 pounds on her own over a 2 year span. She was exceptionally thin below a dramatic apron of skin. She underwent a circumferential lower body lift with a fleur-de-lis vertical component because of the amount of skin. This is a relatively uncommon procedure but one that was absolutely necessary in her case. She is shown here at 5 months.
