This 39 year old mother complained of drooping breasts, but was satisfied with her volume and did not want breast implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) achieved her goals. At the same surgery, a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) tightened her tummy and improved her shape. The thin scars will fade and become inconspicuous with time.

This healthy woman was unhappy with her post-pregnancy body shape. She had laxity of the abdominal muscles, droopy breasts, and bulging of stubborn fat in the midsection.She received extensive, circumferential liposuction of the waist, lower back, love handles, and abdomen. The breasts were treated with a breast lift (vertical/lollipop technique). The abdominal muscles and excess skin were tightened and contoured with a full tummytuck.
