This lovely patient is shown 3 months post-op from mommy makeover consisting of a breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and liposuction. She came to me after hitting a plateau along her journey to a slimmer physique. Oftentimes, diet and exercise are not enough and surgery is needed to tighten muscles and remove excess skin. Our patient visited from Hawaii and underwent a reverse mommy makeover. The reverse portion is the removal of the breast implants (explant) with a total capsule removal. She had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction of her flanks and upper back. I removed her 375cc smooth silicone implants that were placed underneath the muscle. She feels amazing 1 year after surgery- she has even gotten a few new tattoos! She did need a vertical incision. All her incisions are continuing to fade over time.

Here is our 5 week check in from my amazing patient whos been keep fantastic photographic progress pics. Just to recap, she underwent a tummy tuck and a breast lift without implants as well as liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and back. I minimized the modesty emojis (please dont report me) as to show her scars; her tummy tuck scar is low and will hide under a bikini bottom or underwear and her areolae are round and even. Keep in mind she is only 5 weeks post op but you can see how her swelling has been improving over the weeks and her scars will continue to fade with proper care...Good news: she looks amazing. Better news: time for some way tighter and sexier clothes to show it off.
