This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

This 40 year old mother of 2 had a sub-muscular breast augmentation using Allergan Inspira SRF 435gm implants and an abdominoplasty.

34 year old female shown before and six months after a bilateral breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty. The patient is 56 tall and weighs 160 pounds. The patient was a C cup before and a D cup after placing an Allergan 365cc SRF silicone implant beneath the muscle via the crease incision. The patient is a 53 year old female two months after a tummy tuck as part of her mommy makeover. She was 5 feet 3 inches and weighed 165 lbs. before surgery. She has 3 children. Her weight after surgery is 149 lbs and she went from a size 16 to a size 10. No liposuction was done.

Patient is 5'3 and 132 pounds.  Mommy makeover procedure included a full tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair.  Saline breast implants filled to 325 cc's placed under the muscle with a small armpit incision.
