This 42-year-old woman opted for bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy for treatment of her tumor. She desired to be larger and fuller than her preoperative size, and decieded upon immediate tissue expander breast reconstruction. At the second stage of her reconstruction, her tissue expanders were exchanged for bilateral round silicone gel implants. She also had fat grafting to her bilateral breasts as an outpatient procedure following her second stage in order to improve contour and increase size and shape of her reconstructed breasts following her reconstruction. This simple fat grafting procedure utilized fat from her abdomen via liposuction and was subsequently reinjected into her reasts for contouring. Postoperative photos show her reconstructed breasts with her implant breast reconstruction.
