My lovely 23 years-old patient had rhinoplasty. She had extreme hump, hanging tip, deprojected tip and wide nasal base. I fixed and achieved result with open rhinoplasty without tampon inside. It was a 2 hour operation under general anesthesia, 6 days later  removed the tapes, She still has some swelling and will be better in 3-4 months.

It is important to determine together with the patient the desired effect. I perform all nose surgeries with a closed technique. This is why the patient does not have a incision mark in the area below the nose. Through this approach, I correct the projection of the tip, the dorsum and the nasal base. I always work with an otolaryngologist who is in charge of the functional component and manages the septum and turbinates. The aesthetic part is done by me.

This gentleman had a deviated crooked nose and we straightened and narrowed it to allow him to breath and look better.
