This patient visited with me to find out about different treatments to help her achieve a more youthful appearance. She wanted to focus on her lips at this visit. I discussed different options with her including injectable fillers and lip implants.  She decided on the perma-lip implants. Because her upper lip appeared recessed in comparison to her bottom lip, I created treatment plan for her that involved placing a medium sized implant into her upper lip only to create a more balanced, natural, fuller appearance. She felt comfortable going about in public after 5 days with lipstick on. Her after picture is 1month after the procedure.

This patient came to see me because she wanted a more permanent solution for fuller, natural appearing lips.  After discussing her goals and concerns, I developed a treatment plan for her that involved placing a medium size perma-lip implant into the upper and lower lip. Her recovery was very quick.  After 4 days, as the swelling was resolving, she felt comfortable going out with lipstick on. Her pictures are 1 month postop.

In addition to other facial procedures, this client simultaneously wished for permanent fuller lips. She opted for upper and lower lip implants with silicone PermaLip Implants (4 mm thickness implants). These implants are placed in the red portion of the lips between the wet and dry border of the lips (where they touch upon natural closure of the lips). As per her photos, her lips are more full with a natural fullness (avoiding the duck lip appearance). The implants are tapered on the edges so that they follow the natural contour of your lips at the corners.
