Patient had previously undergone a rhinoplasty several years ago by another surgeon. She was in a car accident and suffered a traumatic deformity. She was unable to breathe from a deviated septum. Her tip was overhanging and would drop even more with smiling. She underwent revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty and release of her muscle to prevent the tip from dropping.

Woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty through open Septoplasty with cartilage grafting to the nasal tip. Pre-op, patient is complaining of a bulbous nasal tip, and a strong nasal bridge. 31-year-old revision rhinoplasty patient, 3 months post op

This patient had multiple operations on her nose to correct the visual implications of a cleft lip-nasal deformity. In addition to Dr. Haworth performing his signature lip reshaping surgeries, he performed a very difficult revision rhinoplasty. Note the significant improvement in her nostril shape and at the alar base. The upper lip lift was performed at the same time it's a rhinoplasty. Understanding the vascular supply to the nose is paramount and when performing these two operations together which is frequently undertaken by Dr. Haworth.

Woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting to enhance the appearance of the nose as well as the functionality of the breathing mechanism. Pre-op, patient had a closed Rhinoplasty a few years ago and she has been discontent with the length, shape, and inability to breathe through the nose. Patient is shown before and 9 days post-op.

This woman who also had secondary facelift/rhytidoplasty, had 7 past nosejobs and didn't like her amorphous and bulbous appearance. Using ear cartilage with an open technique, Dr Haworth was able to restore some elegance to her nose.

We checked in with this patient at her 6 month Post-Op appointment -- here's how she's doing now at 1 year.Revision Rhinoplasty is a surgery is used to repair undesirable effects from a previous nose job, most often with another physician. Not all plastic surgery procedures provide the results you desire, whether because the surgeon is inexperienced or unforeseen complications may arise. Revision rhinoplasty works to correct these undesired effects as much as possible, sometimes by grafting ear or rib cartilage if there isnt enough septal cartilage present to support the nasal structure. Revision rhinoplasty can be very complex  depending on the amount of scar tissue present and the preservation of the original nasal structure  and can last up to five hours. The risk of needing revision rhinoplasty is significantly reduced by seeing a board-certified facial plastic surgeon in the first place, so it is vital that you do your due diligence when choosing your surgeon.

After getting great results from a rhinoplasty 8 months ago, our patient got a surgical lip lift. At just 6 weeks post-op.

This patient had a severely deviated septum problem, after his first Rhinoplasty with another surgeon he was still suffering from breathing difficulties. He had his Revision Rhinoplasty and he is happy with the result and breath much better from his nose.
