Breast Reconstruction with Expander and Alloderm

This 33 year old woman was diagnosed with breast cancer and the BRCA gene. She underwent bilateral mastectomies via a breast reduction pattern, and immediate reconstruction with expanders and Alloderm. She subsequently underwent placement of bilateral 550 cc Moderate Plus silicone gel implants.
