    Saline implant removal and Breast Lift by Mary Lee Peters, MD: 12 years ago this patient decided to have a breast enlargement. She chose saline implants and was pleased with her result. Pregnancies followed and she put on about 20 lbs. As her body changed with the passage of time, she had much bigger breasts. Her breasts seemed too large and were uncomfortable. She opted to have her implants removed and a have a breast lift to improve shape. Her pictures are taken one month after surgery.
