65 Year Old Woman removal of ruptured implant / breast augmentation

This 65 year old patient came to me requesting the removal of her ruptured breast implants. She had had 3 previous breast augmentation operations over 3 decades, each complicated by capsule formation and implant rupture. Rather than going through another augmentation, she decided on a breast lift instead after the removal of her existing implants. No breast tissue was removed so as to optimise her shape and volume.
