Still Healing

UPDATED FROM AshyOak

Progress after first treatment

WORTH IT$2,500
I had a face/neck treatment but I’ve noticed the biggest difference on my forehead acne scars. I had my second treatment today and may do another 1-2 treatments in the future. The second round hurt just as much as the first, but it’s definitely worth it.

Be careful , rf can cause fat lost,. Many women have been damage by this.
What aspect of this treatment can cause fat loss? The laser?
I'll contribute to the discussion here too, it's the deep heating "microwaving" of the deeper layers of the skin that causes fat loss (apoptosis, which means cell death). Think of what happens when you microwave a strip of bacon - how it contracts and liquefies the fat. That's what happens with high energy devices such as radio frequency and all forms of HIFU.
It might behoove you to stop while you're ahead. Take your time - take a year and see if you even need more. So many people make the mistake of keep of multiple treatments while the body is still trying to heal/cope with the first treatments. Places tend to sell them in packages to make more money, when in actuality you may not need multiple treatments.
Thanks for the advice! My main concern was my acne scars and since I’ve noticed such a difference already I do plan on waiting awhile to see if in fact I do need more treatments. I was actually getting kind of skeptical around week three after my first treatment (which is when I actually started seeing results).
How did your neck come out?
I didn’t notice any difference in my neck, but I’m only 33 so I don’t have too much to complain about there.
how painful is it?
It was bad... I have a very very high pain tolerance and my face was rough. The nurse was trying her best to keep me distracted but it didn’t help. The numbing cream was left on for an hour and I could still feel those needles pulling out of my skin! I’m really pleased with the results but may just do targeted areas (forehead) for my next treatment.... but it hurt!

Still Healing

I had my first treatment about 5 days ago to treat some acne scarring and skin tightening. The actual process hurt like hell! Nothing unbearable but it was definitely painful but Denise was amazing during the whole process! The 24 hour down time did not apply to me. I had a very angry outbreak of whiteheads (most likely from the products provided for after care, my skin doesn’t take too well to new things). I’m still experiencing a lot of dryness and the grid marks are still visible. I haven’t noticed any difference yet. I’ve got one more appointment in a few weeks and am staying optimistic so I’ll post updates!
