Fraxel Laser + Pitted Scar Q&A

Hi I (25 yrs old female) have had these pitted acne scars for close to 11 years now. Would Fraxel laser work or do I need to conside othe treatments?

If I have acne pit scarring and enlarged pores and small wrinkles. If I have acne pit scarring and enlarged pores and small wrinkles under the eyes. Which of the three Fraxel Laser treatments and machine is best recommended for me?

What is the difference between fraxel laser and pen needling? I have extensive pitting of the skin between my eyebrows, from electrolysis several years ago. I was told to wait and it would eventually go away; however, it is still there 23 years later! They look like huge unattractive pores to me, and I cannot get them covered with makeup. I have a very small (not deep at all) dent on my forehead, you can only notice it in certain lighting, I've never been injured in the area of the dent so I think my skull just developed that way. It's about a 3mm vertical lined dent. What are my options to get it fixed? Thank you

Would fraxel or microneedling be ideal to lighten acne scars shown in photo?

I have little pitted scarring on both cheeks. My scars are from years ago. I've had fraxel, chemical peels, and microneedling done. However none of them got rid of them as much as I would like. I received about 5 or 6 treatments of microneedling, but I'm not satisfied. Would more treatments of fraxel or microneedling do the trick? Any other recommendations?

I did fraxel repair for my acne scars 2 days ago. Exactly 22/11/2016. When I woke up today and when looked into the mirror. The scab was partially gone. After that in the afternoon I jus touched it and the remaing scab flakes off. I am really worried that it is really red and that part is little pitted now.. Its like a small vacant place there. I want to know that does this will improve? Before it was flat. It became a little hole like in my face. I am really worried.. Need ur help

There is a clinic that offers the Matrix Fractional co2 20 mins. away from where I live but I heard more great things about the Fraxel Repair. I am wondering from all your experience, which one you find better or if they really are that different? Thank you.
