Procedures I'm known for

Breast Surgery
Breast augmentation is one of the most popular procedures in my Seattle practice. It can enhance your breast shape and projection, create symmetry, restore lost volume, or correct a congenital breast defect. I know that every woman is unique in both her desires and her body shape. At your consultation, we’ll discuss what you hope to gain from breast augmentation surgery. I will then recommend the best approach to achieve the most natural-looking breast enhancement results, from selecting silicone or saline implants, deciding on your implant size, and incision placement, to minimize scars. We may also talk about complementary procedures, like fat transfer breast augmentation (using your own fat) or a breast lift.
Abdominoplasty
I take a comprehensive, detailed approach to tummy tuck surgery (also called abdominoplasty) and tailor the procedure to each patient’s individual needs. During your consultation, we’ll discuss what you want to achieve and how to best address your goals—whether that’s through a full tummy tuck, extended tummy tuck, or mini tummy tuck. I’ll design the procedure to narrow your waistline and flatten your tummy, removing excess skin and fat while tightening the abdominal muscles that often loosen with pregnancy or age, and use a minimal incision that’s placed very low on the bikini line for a scar that’s easily hidden.
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Rhinoplasty, or nose surgery, is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures performed today. It can reshape, reduce or augment a person’s nose to achieve facial harmony and boost self-confidence. It may also be performed as a reconstructive procedure to correct a birth defect or an injury such as a broken nose. Rhinoplasty may be performed for functional rather than cosmetic reasons as well. Nose reshaping surgery can effectively treat certain breathing problems, such as those caused by a deviated septum. Dr. Salemy performs a closed rhinoplasty. This is different from an open rhinoplasty, in that the only incisions are inside the nose, so there are no visible scars. Once the incisions are made, Dr. Salemy then gently lifts the soft tissues covering the nose. He will then sculpt the bone and cartilage to the desired shape, and if additional cartilage is needed to augment the nose, it will be taken from the septum or behind the ear.
