Dr Fouda Neil did a breast reconstruction after a mastectomy and the results are perfect. The breasts are the same size and have symmetry . Perfect job. He also removed the wrinkles between the eyes and did a perfect job in making my lips look fuller and younger while keeping a very natural look. I strongly recommend him
