Dr. Hess is a wonderful dermatologist. He takes the time to be thorough and explains everything. I went to his practice in the city for my first visit but he has recently opened an office in Chester County which is more convenient to me, therefore I will be going there instead. The office staff is very nice and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Hess (and do to all my friends and family).
