When I first give Botox to a new client I always have them come back in two weeks to see how it worked. If they need a little more it is appropriate to give it at that time. If it has been more time you might want to wait as you can build up a resistance to Botox if you get it too frequently. Botox relaxes the muscle under the wrinkle for 3-4 months. You may start to use other muscles to make the same wrinkle once one muscle is relaxed. So you may need Botox in a different place to improve the line. 5 units sounds like a small dose. I would go back and give the doctor a chance to evaluate.
