Yes Implant would be a great option in that space  I would go to a dentist that is pretty experienced. Front tooth implants are very challenging  and you may very well need some bone and possible even tissue grafting Do not let price dictate who you are going to see      A periodontist or a very experienced general dentist can handle your case  Expect it to be a substantial investment  Best of luck with everything

Botox is the solution in your case. I would try either a good dentist that has experience with Botox or anyone that has experience with Botox.

Yes, Bonding would be the first procedure I would consider.  It is conservative procedure and quite aesthetic if done properly. Also I would address the underlining cause.   Have the dentist check and adjust your bite if necessary. If you are clenching or grinding your teeth I would recommend a night guard. Wishing you the very best!

Is it possible??... it sure is .. Is it the best way to go??.. most likely not for the long term.. Here are the potential future issues with the option you have mentioned.  1. the teeth might most likely need to be root canaled and that means a weaker tooth  2. as long as there is organic matter in the mouth (teeth) those teeth can get cavities and once those roots get cavities on them you are back to square one and will need to remove the roots and look into the best, but obviously more expensive option which is an implant supported overdenture. I hope that helps.  Best of luck with the treatment.

Adjusting an old or new crown for that matter will not ruin the strength and integrity of the crown granted that there is enough material to support the adjustments. If the crown is a porcelain fused to metal crown (which is the case most often with the older crowns) the metal part of the restoration might show through after an adjustment.  Metal showing through is not pretty but that crown can still have a pretty long lifespan.  Hope that helps.  Cheers!

This is a little hard to diagnose just from a brief description without more information such as radiographs especially a CT scan. Best of luck with the treatment. Hopefully everything will go well with your case.

Snap on smile will be possible in your case but with limitations. The canine on the left side will still show  and  if the dentist is creative would design the Snap on smile for that side of the mouth to cover just the tip of that canine.  Some shaping of that canine might be needed.  The best and most recommended option would be braces or Invisalign (orthodontics).  Hope that helps.

The short answer to the question is Yes. That space can be  further closed with Invisalign.  You might need a refinement to accomplish that.  It might take a few extra aligners and possible a few more dollars to get that accomplished.  Hope that helps.

My crown tooth is loose, any options?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Considering the amount of dental work done on that tooth there is always the possibility that tooth #12 is failing. Without a dental x-ray and clinical exam is impossible to diagnose your problem. If there is a fracture in the tooth, most likely that the tooth cannot be saved and implant or bridge would be an option. I favor implants as they do preserve the bone structure unlike bridges, and lifespan of an well placed implant is a lot longer than that of the bridge.

The simple answer is yes. The part of the implant  that is above the gums that  the crowns sits on is called an implant abutment. That may or may not be changed depending upon the clinical evaluation of the treating dentist. To get an implant crown that looks natural requires an extraordinary dental technician as well as a great cosmetic dentist that can give the laboratory the information and records needed for your case to be a success.. Depending where you live go to a cosmetic dentist that works with Ultimate Styles laboratory. That is my recommendation. I think that you will be very  happy with the result. Be prepared to pay BMW prices :)  It seems that this is what you are looking for.  Best of luck!

Braces

Braces & veneers to fix significant gaps in my smile

Ultimately Smile provides a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you walk in the door. Staff members are friendly and are very nice! I went to Dr. Negru hoping to find the best solution for my smile, for a long time I wasn’t as confident smiling around people or talking in too crowds and I long to fix that. After two years with braces I still had significant gaps in my smile. I consulted with Dr. Negro and he helped formulate a dental plan that will work for my desire look and my budget, in which I proceeded with braces for a little over a year, and then shortly after transitioned to enhancing my smile with veneers. He was quite patient throughout the process and willing to do whatever necessary to achieve my desire looked, and he did!

Porcelain Veneers

Adriana Falcusan

I receive compliments on my teeth almost weekly

I had put off getting porcelain veneers for years and my front teeth kept chipping, as I ate. For example, I was on vacation once and bit into an apple, and my front filling fell out! How embarrassing. After returning home, I immediately booked Dr. Negru and took care of it ASAP. It was the BEST investment! The lab he uses shapes the teeth so naturally and translucent (it’s worth every penny). To this day, I receive compliments on my teeth almost weekly. My number one regret is not taking care of completing this procedure earlier. Thank you Dr. Negru for all your hard work. You’re an incredible dentist, a perfectionist and an artist when it comes to dental work. Your work stands apart from others in your profession.
