Hi Drs. Any thoughts would be greatly aopreciated. My heartfelt gratitud. They placed bone graft on my upper left but did not place bonr graft on the right. Nov.2018 placed 6 implants. March 2019 placed abutment which is moderately painful. After 3 days one abutment lost. The other dentist replaced all 6 coz she thinks it is all small. 10 days later 2 abutments fell off. It was friday. One hole has pus. Monday the dentist just punched the closed gum tissue with the abutment
