A: Hello. Thank you for your question. It looks like the area needs to be filled in with a little more filler. I would go back to where you were injected and ask for a touch up. They should be able to accommodate this if you just had your filler done.
A: Hello. Thank you for your question. There are a few different things that you need to do to help with this area. First, the darkness is usually pigment, and can be corrected with a high quality, medical grade eye cream. Next, the only permanent way to fill your tear trough hollows is with a fat transfer, and even with this some of the fat will naturally die off. Tear troughs can also be filled with dermal fillers that last about 9 months in the area.
A: Hello. Thank you for your question. Sculptra is the perfect product for that area. This will stimulate collagen in the area to help fill in your temples. Full results from Sculptra take 3 months.
A: Hello. Thank you for your question. I have had great results using hyper-diluted Sculptra in the décolletage. This has worked really well for getting rid of lines and smoothing the tissue. Personally I would think that stimulating collagen in a very thin area would work better than injecting fillers.
A: Hello. Thank you for your question. I think volume in your midface would definitely be beneficial for you. It is hard to tell from your pictures but you may also need volume in your temples as well. This can help lift your lower face and also help improve your nasolabial folds.
