I had surgery with Dra Balza last week and this has been a really great experience! From the beginning of the process communication was great and I felt safe to text or call and ask any questions I needed too! Dra Balza was very knowledgeable and from our first FaceTime meeting I could tell she was safety and healing conscious and wouldn’t go beyond what was safe. Dra Balza was very knowledgeable when talking to her which put me at ease. The trip to Tijuana and morning of surgery went smoothly! Following the instructions given I was able to elevate my hemoglobin to a high level and I was ready! Dra Balza and my coordinator, Norma Castillo, were so pleasant and kind and made me as ease right before going in for surgery. So far I’ve been healing very well and have been checked in on several times! If I choose to go for round two I would not hesistate to have Dra Balza be my surgeon again!

I waited to write this review after 2 months of recovery so that I could give a true account of my experience with my physical transformation under the expert hands of Dr. Balza. Right from the start my Care Coordinator Norma was on top of everything. Our interactions were through text & email. Immediate response at all hours of the day. I never had a question or concern that was not managed in a timely manner. She is professional & amazingly comfortable to interact with. It was a wonderful way to begin and of course end my experience. I live in the USA and Norma set me up for a video call with Dr. Balza. It is really a wonderful thing to immediately be comfortable with your surgeon. We had a great call while I explained what I hoped to have done and what she felt that I could have done. We set up my operation date. Between that call and the date for my operation was continuous direction and follow up. I had set myself up with a recovery house (which is an important thing to do if you are having most plastic surgeries) and on the day of my surgery I went through Dr. Balza’s process of blood test, urine test & chest x-ray (I’ve had surgery before in the States and that never happened. I was pleasantly surprised) Unfortunately when they team took my blood pressure, it was dangerously high (the silent killer) the cardiologist came in and did an EKG, looked at my chest x-ray and pointed out that my heart was also a little large on the bottom. It was decided that I would go back to the recovery house and monitor my blood pressure to see if it came down. Well, it did not, so I went home with blood pressure medicine and instructions to see my doctor and a cardiologist and to make another appointment when I was cleared by both. I consider myself lucky that this did happen in the way that it did otherwise I would not have realized how vulnerable I was to a heart attack or stroke. Five months later my blood pressure was normal, my blood work was outstanding, and I was ready for Dr. Balza to work her magic. We discussed what I could and could not have done. Dr. Balza collaborates closely with her anesthesiologist, and they put my health first. I am an older woman and with their knowledge of that and my health, we set up a plan. My procedures were a tummy tuck, liposuction, and a BBL. I woke up with her standing beside me letting me know it was successful. In the morning, she was there to let me know the do’s and don’ts. Dr. Balza and Norma were in daily contact with the nurses from the recovery house. They knew exactly what was going on, what my numbers were and gave instruction throughout my time there. I had my follow-up appointment, and she let me know that I had to slow down because even though I felt good (pain killers) that I needed to follow her directions for a successful recovery. Well, it is 2 months later, and they still follow up on how I am doing. I shared this with you so that you know she is an outstanding doctor and artist. I highly recommend her and if I ever have another procedure, I will hop on a plane and make my way back to her because she is outstanding. You should also know that I LOVE my figure. I would even go as far as to say my shape is nicer than it has ever been in my entire life and it was rather good when I was younger. Thank you Dr. Balza, Norma and the team. I am so happy, and it was all worth it.

I was very scared to go to Mexico with all the horror stories you hear; however my only regret is that I didn't see Dr Balza sooner!!! My body looks amazing. Her staff is incredible all the way down to the security guard for the building and the valet are amazing caring individuals, always making sure I was taken care of. Thank you Dr Balza!!!

The best! Experience, Dr. Isabel is very caring, funny and patient. She Followed up on me all through my recovery, but most of all she made my vision come true, my body look better than ever. Hospital and staff Was to perfection. Seriously the best!

I recently had a tummy tuck revision and a breast implant exchange from saline to silicone performed by Dr. Balza, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She did an amazing job! From the very beginning, her team was incredibly communicative and responsive. They answered every question I had almost immediately, and it was easy to reach out to them via text. Dr. Balza followed up with me every single day for a couple of weeks, checking on how I was doing and addressing any concerns I had. Her caring nature really stood out to me; she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt supported throughout my entire hospital stay at CER Hospital, where there was always someone from her team with me, making sure I was comfortable. The staff at CER hospital were also fantastic—very attentive, professional, and friendly. The anesthesiologist was great as well, which added to my overall positive experience. This is actually my second time seeing Dr. Balza; she previously performed a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) for me, and I was so happy with that experience that I returned when my left saline implant deflated. The silicone implants feel much more natural compared to the saline ones, which felt a bit hard. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Balza's work, and if I decide to have another procedure in the future, I will definitely come back to her!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Balza perform my breast augmentation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Balza did an amazing job, and I feel more confident and satisfied than ever before. Not only was the surgical procedure a success, but the entire experience was made even better by her incredible staff and nurses. They were attentive, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Balza and her team to anyone considering breast augmentation. I gave birth to and breastfed 3 kids & I was not happy with my body afterwards. I looked and looked for surgeons until I found Dr. Balza. & I am so glad i did. I had a breastlift and bbl with fat transfer to both breast and buttocks. Dr. Balza is an absolute professional. This is the best experience with any doctor I’ve ever had. From the beginning Dr. Balza listened to what I wanted while still putting in her professional input. I was told by numerous drs that I had to do a tummy tuck which I did not want. Dr. Balza listened to me and gave me other options while still being medically realistic. Her patient coordinator Dana was extremely responsive and super helpful. There wasn’t any question that went unanswered. I was amazed. Come surgery day, my vehicle was valeted in a secure garage, & I was greeted like everyone was expecting me. The process was smooth and every single doctor that I saw pre op was thorough and personable. Dr. Balza saw me post op and listened to every single concern without pressuring me nor rushing me. I was comfortable and reassured the whole time. Post surgical unit was great. The care was one on one or two on one and it was great! I had no pain and later when I was in my room the nurses were great. Dr Balza checked on me numerous times and she was extremely nurturing and made me feel super comfortable. As a nurse myself, I thought the care provided by the nurses was good & the medical care was great! I was iffy about going to Mexico for surgery but I am so so glad I did.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Norma was my coordinator and was absolutely amazing. I had was alleviated once I figured out she didn't care about the money. She puts your health first. I had surgery and almost died in Miami in June 2022 having an ETT. They botched me and left me with dog ears. Dr. Balza gave me my dignity back. She fixed everything, I looked amazing at 5 days post op. I am forever grateful to Dr. Balza and her team.

Dr. Balza has completely changed my life. Being only 22 years old I had lost 50 pounds and hated my body. I was very clear I did not want a tummy tuck and after seeing me in person she hesitated but ultimately respected my decision and informed be about the outcome of plainly getting saggy skin. She did arm & lipo 360 and 1000cc transfer to butt and hips. Safety is her number one priority, from pre-op instructions to even now as she checks in on me several times a week through text. I am beyond grateful for her everyday when I wake up and look in the mirror. For the first time in my life I get excited about shopping for clothes, trying new trends, and not have to worry about hiding and tucking in. I am 100% confident in my body now.

I 10/10 recommend Dr Balza and her staff. She did exactly what I expected. She gave me the hourly natural body I asked for. I had my surgery 07/01/22 and she has kept in touch until this day. From day 1 she made me feel safe and confident with my choice. She made sure my health came first and answered all my questions. The hospital was also a very clean and safe hospital.
