Dr. Balza Exceeded All My Expectations

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Balza and her team. This was my very first surgery in Tijuana, and I was extremely nervous and hesitant. From the very beginning, Norma and Dr. Balza made me feel safe, comfortable, and confident in my decision. They were always kind, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had.

One thing I absolutely loved about Dr. Balza is her personality. She is incredibly funny, caring, and down-to-earth. She has a way of making you feel relaxed even during such a stressful experience.

I work in a hospital in the United States, so I know what quality patient care looks like. I was truly impressed with the hospital, the nurses, and every member of her team. Everyone was professional, compassionate, attentive, and made me feel like I was in excellent hands.

The care I received exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful I chose Dr. Balza for my surgery. If I ever decide to have another procedure in the future, I would go back to her without a second thought.
