Wonderful Surgeon with a Great Team by Her Side!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Balza and her entire team! After several consultations and research, I came across her work and quickly reached out to the coordinator, Norma. Norma was amazing and provided excellent customer service, and most of all, she really made me feel cared for and was on top of all my questions and concerns.

As for Dr. Balza, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt completely confident putting my trust in her.

I’m now 9 days post-op from my breast augmentation, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone so far. My recovery has been incredibly smooth. I’ve had very little actual pain—mostly tightness, some sensitivity, and the normal discomfort that comes with healing—but overall, I’ve been doing so much better than I ever expected.

What I especially appreciate is that Dr. Balza didn’t just care about how my breasts would look; she cared about making sure I was safe, comfortable, and healing properly. I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. I must also say that her flexibility and accommodation in scheduling my surgery on the date that worked for me was just incredible because of my plans post-op.

I’m still early in my recovery and know my final results will take time, but I already feel so happy and grateful that I chose Dr. Balza as my surgeon. She is incredibly talented, caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about her work.
