After an extensive online search and reading so many positive reviews, I found Dr. Balza and immediately felt confident in choosing her for my breast augmentation. I live in Las Vegas, so I scheduled a virtual consultation with her. From the very beginning, Dr. Balza was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She answered all of my questions, carefully reviewed my photos, explained what would be best for my body, and made thoughtful recommendations.

What truly stood out to me was how much they prioritize patient safety and care. After my consultation, I was given a list of requirements to make sure I was fully cleared for surgery. That meant so much to me because it showed I was not “just another patient.” They carefully reviewed my labs, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I was 100% ready before surgery day.

The day of surgery, everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and caring. Norma, the patient coordinator, was amazing, and the nurses at the hospital were just as wonderful. Their office also went above and beyond by helping me submit all of my paperwork for short-term disability, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently.
