I was hesitant to do my first plastic surgery (Blepharoplasty), however, it is one of the best things I ever did. Dr. Tower answered every single question and concern I had and he goes above and beyond as a Doctor. His professionalism and his demeanor are a credit to his profession. I would highly recommend him to ANYBODY who is considering any type of procedure. His work is impeccable.
Working with Dr. Tower on bilateral otoplasty was a great experience. He was kind, thorough, knowledgable, and accessible during the pre- and post-treatment phases. He and the whole clinic staff--especially the patient care coordinator Uzma!--made the whole process great. This was my first experience like this and it couldn't have gone better. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to...

I was at my annual physical and my doctor looked at my stomach and said "you can't tell you ever carried a child, never mind two” - she had no idea I’d had bodytite 2 months ago! Huge thanks to Dr. Spiegel and his amazing team!
A: Hello, hope you are well. The opposite of brow bone reduction is brow augmentation. This is generally done with custom fabricated implants. Having said that, these are very nuanced situations (especially when surgery has already been performed), and the best approach may vary from person to person. In any case, it is often possible to reverse those changes depending on your goals and expectations. Best, Dr. Tower
A: Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and questions here! Based on your photos alone you may want to consider buccal fat removal, chin implant and potentially FaceTite to slim the lower face and cheeks. None of these procedures leave a visible scar, and they can all be done in the office under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. The best course of action would be to have an in-person consultation because it is difficult to tell from the photos alone how much your mandible (jaw bone) and masseter muscles may be contributing to the widened shape. We could also discuss the nuances and best approach in terms of where to begin. Best, Dr. Tower
A: Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for posting your photos and questions. There are a number of options. These look like hypertrophic scars which can be uncomfortable in addition to the red, raised, and thickened appearance. Laser/phototherapy treatment can help with the redness, but in addition you should be applying silicone gel, and you may also consider steroid injections to the thicker/firmer parts of the scars. Good luck! Best, Dr. Tower
A: Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your questions and photos. Based on these photos and your age, there is simply not enough skin/soft tissue laxity to justify undergoing any type of facelift surgery. Instead, I would recommend that you consider a procedure like FaceTite (bipolar RF) to tighten the soft tissue envelope. Cheers, Dr. Tower
A: Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for providing your photos and questions. You are not a good candidate for a facelift. I would recommend that you consider RF microneedling (Morpheus treatments, for example) to improve and maintain skin elasticity. Best, Dr. Tower
