I had a simultaneous facial feminization surgery with Dr. Spiegel and breast augmentation with Dr. Shektman at the Spiegel Center a little over a month ago. And honestly, to say that I'm happier would be an understatement - these surgeries have done a complete 180 on my self-image and mental health and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome! For the first time in my life since I remember being conscious, I'm able to look in the mirror, smile, and truly love what I see! I'm finally looking forward to the next chapter of my life, where I can live the life I should have always had in the body that I should have always had. Not only are the results amazing, but the whole process was so smooth and simple, from initially scheduling a consultation, fitting in two surgeries at once, having pre-op and post-op visits, and being able to call for help at any time. On top of that, every single person I interacted with at the Spiegel Center (especially Carole!) from the moment I set my foot in were exceptionally kind and caring - this was very important to me as it helped to establish a level of trust that I needed to feel comfortable proceeding with surgery. I'll forever be grateful to Dr. Spiegel and his team for their incredible work!!

Amazing experience !! Had neck tite and chin implant done almost 3 weeks ago and so far I am very happy with the results !! The entire team was amazing through the entire practice . Listened to exactly what I was trying to achieve and answered all my questions!! Cristina the patient coordinator is just amazing, I can’t say enough .. she answered every single email I sent with any question at all any day of week almost right away and is just such a sweet , genuine lady! I just felt so comfortable and understood !!Loved working with her and the entire team !!! Can’t wait to see my final results !!

From the first phone call it has been nothing but a pleasure working with Dr. Spiegel and all his employees! Uzma my patient coordinator couldn't have made this any easier for me. Earlier this year I decided to undergo a deep plane face lift + brow lift and am very happy I chose The Spiegel Center. From the moment I made my initial appointment to my most recent follow up visit, I have been fully supported by the entire Spiegel Center team. Dr Spiegel was very patient answering all of my questions and making himself available. Cristina was amazing as my coordinator - she ensured I had all the information I needed and provided me with guidance throughout the process (and continues to do so today!). The entire staff has always been very welcoming, ensuring I never wait long and also making sure I’m comfortable during my visits. I also really appreciated some of the additional services available - as I tend to scar easily, I had several sessions in the hyperbaric chamber and have been amazed at how my well scars have healed. I would highly recommend The Spiegel Center to anyone considering any type of cosmetic procedure.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Spiegel and his staff. In person he is just like he is in his videos. I found him to be skilled and professional and he gave me the best possible results for my facial surgery. I am still recovering at this time but already I have been overwhelmed with the changes. Went in for voice feminization surgery. My caretaker was responsive and quick to give me answers to any questions I had, staff were kind and helpful, and Dr. Spiegel and his team made me feel at ease before going under for my procedure! Currently, I am recovering, and I'll have to wait and hear what my new voice will sound like. I'm confident though that the results will be what I desired!

I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Dr. Spiegel, who has genuinely been instrumental for in me making a successful life as a transgender woman.

The pictures of this procedure speak for themselves. I look amazing. I feel amazing. I get hit all the time by random men. And most importantly, I feel like the trauma of being trans has truly been put behind me.

The thing about Dr. Spiegel is you don't just get one of the best surgeons in the country. You also get a fantastic team to help you. Dr. Onir will happily take 30 minutes and walk you through skin care and a routine to help you look your best after surgery. The surgical coordinators, Uzma and Carol are fantastic. The vibes of the entire center are amazing.

There's a reason he's trained so many of the FFS surgeons in the country. he's the best!
