Based on the photos, I would say that you are a candidate for V-line surgery. In your case, I would recommend making the chin and mandible narrower. In addition, I would simultaneously bring your chin forward at the same time as making it narrower. Fillers and implants would likely make your face squarer.

There can be several reasons why the face appears large or wide. Most commonly, it is due to the underlying bone structure being large or the surrounding muscles and soft tissues being well-developed.
Based on the photos you provided, both the jawline and chin appear broad and somewhat prominent. Since there doesn't seem to be a significant amount of subcutaneous fat, it's likely that the bone structure is the primary cause. For a more precise diagnosis, a CT scan is recommended to evaluate the shape and structure of the bones, including the position of the nerves. In particular, the jawline contains the mandibular nerve, and the degree to which the area can be slimmed varies depending on the individual location of this nerve.
By carefully shaving and contouring the jaw and chin area, the face can appear slimmer and smaller from both the front and side views. This can result in a more refined, feminine, and aesthetically balanced appearance.
