I got boobs when I was 12 and ever since they have been big. I have suffered for many years of back and neck pain, headaches and so much more. It wasn’t until this year that I decided I wanted to do something about it. From one child my breast’s weren’t bad, but the drooping still caused them to pull on my shoulders. I also, since I can remember, have always had a chubby belly. When I was 12, 21, 27 and now. Even when I was 20 pounds lighter then I am now, it was chubby. So I thought to myself if I am going under I am getting that done as well.
I know mostly what to expect with the surgery but not so much how to prepare, so I thought I would get on here Ans ask for any advice. Questions you asked your doctor. Did you bring a before and after pic? Advice on what supplies I need to get, things I need to have at home, stuff I need to tell my caregiver Etc. I’m so nervous but very excited. I love my doctor and I think he is going to do a great job.
I am hoping to go down to a big C, small D. I currently lost 40 lbs but would like to lose 5 more. I know for my TT it is all about sculpting for me and to have a flat flat FLAT stomach.Updated on 10 Oct 2018:
So I have been scrolling his site for days to make sure I ask my doctor all the questions I can before surgery. Any questions you may have asked before would be great to hear. I alway research the heck out of anything I do, and I see all these amazing TT by other doctors. I hope that my results are as amazing as theirs.
I red a lot of people say they had blood work first, so that’s my #1?. I want to make sure I am clear if needed. Although I got blood work often since I’m diabetic.
I have started to get my supplies I will need for recovery. So far I have:
Wipes
Arnica pills/gel
Lips board
Lips foam
Vitamins
Will ask doctor about garments he recommends. He will provide me the one I go home with. Updated on 4 Dec 2018:
Tomorrow is the day! I’m so excited but nervous. I am praying the surgeon has steady hands and gives me superb results. I’m having a breast reduction/lift, a tummy tuck, Lipo of flanks bra rolls and stomach and Lipo of the inner thigh. Wow that seems like a lot now that I write it. I’ll post pics when I can.

I had my TT, BR and lipo done yesterday. So far I'm feeling way better then expected. I'm able to get up and walk around on my own which is great. I'm praying that my tolerance for the pain remains as good as it has. I expect tomorrow to be more sore then I have been. I know the doctor did a lot of lipo on my flanks and abdomen. Here's a pic but it's not very good. I am able to sit up pretty good but keep myself hunched over as I know it's best for the first week. I also taking my meds on the dot every 4 to 4-1/2 hurs. All the research I did on this and everyone said don't miss you meds. I drained a lot the day of surgery from the lipo but not much from.my breast. My breast actually have been giving me very little pain.

It's day three and I got to finally shower and see my new body. I am beyond excited by what I see so far. My breasts are going to be the perfect size....and perky! I really still have had no pain in my breast. I just had a reduction and lift done, no implants.
I removed all my dressing from my belly and it looks so good. It's already so flat even with the swelling. I am not sure if my doctor is just that good or my pain tolerance is that high, but I will say this is not as bad as I imagined. I do have pain in my incision area but more sore. When I had my csection, it was so much worse. I'm able to get up and down on my own and finally had a bowel. That did make me feel less bloated. I am hoping and praying I continue to be able to deal with my recovery as like I have been.Updated on 13 Dec 2018:
On day five I got my drains out for my breath which was nice but honestly my breast have been the easiest of this entire process. Starting day five I will say things did get a little bit harder. I feel it because, like most tummy tuck patience, I also included some Liposuction with my procedure. So starting on day five I started to get some bruising where the liposuction was done and currently I am pretty bruised on my back area, my flanks, my midsection my and inner/outer thighs. This is making it painful when doing a lot of stuff and so far the worst of this this entire process. Sitting down, getting in and out of the car and I get sore and tired faster now then I did the previous days. I am using arnica gel to Help with the bruising, hopefully by the weekend they go away. All in all I am not complaining because the pain is tolerable and really more uncomfortable if anything. I still have my belly drains in and they are open so I have to put pads on them to catch everything. Kinda yucky but but surgeon said this was the best drains for all the fluid they put in me during the procedure. Also, I loved my surgeon. Dr. Marcus Crawford in Acworth, GA. He is very involved in all aspects of his practice which made me know he cared. I’ll write a full review on him later.
