I have endometriosis and used to have extreme pain and numbness in my labia. Tight clothes were also painful and would cause numbness. After my labiaplasty I no longer have any pain or numbness in my labia at all. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has endometriosis and is having labia pain.

Look no further. Dr. Poucher changed my life. I feel 100x more confident than before and I would do it all over again. Seriously, recovery was not even bad. The hardest part was waiting to be cleared to use it. When I was first looking to get this procedure I was concerned about pricing. I almost went with my OBGyn who said she could do it but had very little surgical experience. I didn’t feel confident in my personal OB to deliver decent results so I ended up biting the bullet and going with the best (Dr. Poucher) and it was so worth it. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. It is perfect.

I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Poucher and both times I had the most amazing experiences. Dr. Poucher is so sweet, calm, knowledgeable and her bedside manner is top notch. She makes you feel so comfortable during her exams and even during the procedures. 10/10 recommend. The office is so beautiful and makes you feel so at peace the second you walk in. Annie is another amazing soul that works there. She is so sweet, knows so much about what the procedures and can answer basically any question you may have. She is the type of person who will do whatever is needed to make things happen for the patients. Absolute gem! Hayley was such an angel as well. She was with me from beginning to end. She prepped me for the surgery, was with me throughout the case, and took care of me after the procedure. She kept me calm and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I loved having her there with me! Mikayla is so sweet and welcoming. Everytime I've arrived at the office she was so kind and friendly, always has a smile on her face, and also made me feel so comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Dr. Poucher and her amazing staff if you need surgery. The all woman staff is such a game changer. Everyone is so good at what they do, and I will never forget how this team made me feel as a patient! The recovery process was a breeze and the results are AMAZING!!

Dr. Poucher is incredible! I would give her 10 stars if I could. Even though I had what I would consider an extreme case, my perineoplasty procedure with Dr. Courtenay Poucher far exceeded my expectations. After having three children - including one 10 pound baby and one 10.5 pound baby - my intimate anatomy didn't "bounce back." After my third child, who I had in my 40s, it felt like I had a big, gaping hole down there. Without getting too graphic, intercourse didn't "feel" like much anymore to either of us. During my consultation, I shared my goals with Dr. Poucher and we determined that perineoplasty and vaginoplasty would best address the tightening I was hoping to achieve. Her office is beautiful, comfortable and easily accessible with plenty of parking. The staff at Labiaplasty Center of Los Angeles was always warm, kind and highly responsive with any calls, emails or questions. They helped me use my HSA/FSA funds to pay for my procedure - I also took advantage of their financing offer for the remainder - and they made everything so simple. Dr. Poucher herself is remarkable. She's clearly brilliant, passionate about patient care and on the cutting edge of her field. I consulted with other surgeons in Los Angeles and everything about Dr. Poucher was superior, from her knowledge and skill to caring bedside manner. I am an anxious person, but I felt pretty calm on the day of my surgery because I had so much faith in Dr. Poucher and her team. The surgery itself was never painful or even uncomfortable - I was fully numb and actually watched a show during my treatment. I never required more than a Motrin for post-surgery discomfort and stopped taking even those around Day 3. I didn't have any problem moving around, using the bathroom, doing light cooking, etc. the day after my surgery (There really isn't such a thing as "rest" in my house with my kids!). I was fully recovered by six weeks (I am now almost 6 months post surgery - I have been meaning to write this for a while!) and we took "her" for a spin right at the six-week point. Night and day difference! My result: I am much tighter overall and there's no more gaping. My partner "fits" tightly inside of me - it no longer feels like he will slip out. We both VERY MUCH enjoy the change. I really wish I had done it sooner. If you are considering vaginal surgery or labiaplasty, definitely schedule a consultation with Dr. Courtenay Poucher. I have already referred one friend and she had the same exceptional experience as I did.

I’m a 36 yrs old and I had 4 kids vaginal, definitely did a number on me and have been wanting to get everything tightened up so I searched and searched finally found Labiaplasty Center Of Los Angeles.i Highly highly Recommended coming to Dr. Poucher . and her wonderful team ! Nothing but positive things all around from start to finish. You can tell they really care about you, they have with me. Absolutely perfect. She was sensitive to what I wanted, and the results were amazing. The surgery itself was as comfortable as it could be, and she was very responsive if I had concerns before and during surgery. I cannot recommend her enough.

I am so thankful for Dr Poucher and her incredible team! My recovery experience was so much easier than I expected it to be, and it was clear to me that Dr Poucher had mastered her technique to allow for as smooth of a recovery as possible. The surgery was a bit long with the additional CHR and perineoplasty, but Hayley was such a great support system during the procedure and I knew I was in good hands! I was expecting recovery to be much more difficult but I had no pain after surgery day. I kept waiting for things to get worse because I had minimal swelling and couldn’t believe my recovery was going to be this smooth! My itchiness was gone after day 7 and I was walking comfortably on day 9 with no post-op complications at all. The most important thing for me was to keep icing (and follow Dr Poucher’s post op instructions)! I feel so much more comfortable now and am so glad I didn’t wait any longer to get this procedure done. Forever grateful to Dr Poucher and her kind and supportive team!

Finding a dr who truly listens to your concerns is rare these days. Dr. Poucher was not only brilliant, she was kind, caring and very detailed. I felt extremely safe with her and decided to do my procedure with her. Thank you Dr Poucher and staff!

My experience was amazing ! I was wanting to do this procedure for so many years but was always scared and anxious that the Dr wouldn’t give me the outcome I’d want or I would be just another number - that I backed out with other Drs in the past, but you truly feel heard in her office—Dr Poucher and her staff take their time to give you all the time you need to answer questions and give you as much information as they can . They have mastered the surgical process for patient care from start to finish and the Dr Poucher is a skilled artist ! So humble and kind also ! The process was so smooth and easy - I wasn’t even nervous on surgery day. The pain was so minimal post op ( more of itchiness ) and during surgery 0 pain. Such a pleasant experience through and through that I would joke at my post ops I could do this again ! Hopefully I never need to but it couldn’t have been a better experience. Trust me, take this as your sign, the Dr, and her team are the best, and special thanks to her coordinator Annie for helping me at any point that I had questions!

Hands down best decision I’ve ever made! This was life changing for me and extreme boost of confidence! Courtney is phenomenal and beyond talented ! She has truly mastered her craft and is worth every penny! She has amazing beside manner and so does her staff ! They l made me feel so comfortable and took the best care of me! Highly recommend and my only regret is not going through with this sooner !
