As soon as I walked in, I was greeted professionally and the reception girls are Very helpful and help me fill out my intake forms. I was brought to the back and I was numbed for a good 50 mins. I was given two layers of numbing cream because I was so nervous. My nurse came in to explain he procedure to me and answered my questions. Overall the process was smoother. Great medical clinic. I’ve been to many others in all LA and OC and wave is the best. Nurses are all great and skilled. Dr. Lee was very personable when I had a consult with him regarding a surgical procedure. Highly recommend for all surgical and non surgical procedures here.
