Dr. Schwartz and his ENTIRE TEAM at the Total Lipedema Care Center are OUTSTANDING! Even though I live in Florida and Dr. Schwartz’s office is located in California, it has been worth the extra travel expenses to have my needed Lipedema surgeries done by Dr. Schwartz. He is highly skilled at manually extracting the diseased tissue. You can tell he is very passionate about his job, and he provided a personalized recovery plan for me. Apparently, I have been suffering from Lipedema for 25 years which is affecting my arms, stomach, hips, butt-shelf, thighs, and legs. I just had my first surgery out of four needed ones, and I already feel much better. It is going to be a long road to recovery, but the staff there is soooooo WONDERFUL to work with. It is a TEAM effort, and they were able to get all my needed surgeries approved by my insurance at an in-network rate. The Staff uses a convenient electronic system where they respond to any questions and concerns in a timely manner. And, all the Staff genially care about your well-being and recovery process. I had breast reduction from Dr Schwartz three years ago. I just looked at my before/after and it’s honestly mind blowing. If you’re thinking about doing it with him - do it. He’s honestly super nice and amazing and I am really thankful he changed my boobs! I also have lost about 30lbs between both photos - I did do lipo with him but if i’m being super honest I was not at the target weight for that and although I am happy with how I look now If I could of changed anything about my surgery it would of been loosing about 15 lbs before. But that has nothing to do with dr shwartz he is amazing!

Dr. Schwartz did an amazing job listening to what exactly I wanted done. My breast lift shape is perfect and my body curves along with my buttocks is beautiful! The whole office team is individually great at what they do. Mason is very personable and keeps in touch, making sure you’re doing well and that all your needs are taken care of. Nancy is amazing with your care and keeps in close contact with you…addressing your needs 24/7. She makes sure your healing process stays on track. Thank you all, you guys are awesome!

I loved having surgery from dr Schwartz

I went into it not realizing how giant my boobs were only to realize I really needed a breast reduction I had my surgery a week ago and my boobs are looking so good! It’s crazy how amazing they look. I am so impressed that the pain hasn’t been too much and he’s also SO nice. Like the whole experience I have to say has been really fun. I’m so glad I found someone who I trusted to redo my breasts. I also got a little lipo done too and it DID not hurt at all. I have no bruising! I took arnica before my surgery and it really helped. I’m just amazed that only 6 days ago I had surgery and I’m back to work functioning. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I had contacted Dr. Schwartz off of the recommendation of a friend who followed his Instagram. She told me he was THE DOCTOR to go for my breast lift/augmentation.

After massive weight loss (114 pounds), I was happy with my skin everywhere except my breasts. I lost a lot of tissue & the skin was so saggy & wrinkled from losing so much weight. I set up my consultation & I knew from the beginning that Dr. Schwartz was my choice. Quickly enough, I was set up with a surgery date. I was so comforted by the fact he knew what would look best & what would fit my body type.

Recovery was relatively easy! I bounced back pretty quickly. At 7 weeks post op now (with the help of silicone tape for the past week, I barely have any scars & my breasts look proportional & great. I’m so, so, so happy with my body. Dr. Schwartz is truly a genius of cosmetic surgery & I cannot thank him enough!

I had a tummy tuck with Dr.Schwartz in 2019. I am so happy with my results! I saw a few other doctors and just knew he was the one. He was very kind and I felt like he treated me like family. The healing was not as bad as I expected and way better than my other friends who had tummy tucks with different doctors. His office is clean and bright and the surgery center is right next door. His staff was very attentive (shout out to Sasha, Maricella and Nicole) and took great care of me. Thanks Schwartz and a staff for giving this mom her body back!

I'm 39 year old mom of two young and adorable toddlers. I don't want to say they ruined my body, lol, but pregnancy and childbirth did affect my figure. I'm 5'5" and 142lbs. Even Though I do Pilates and cycling and other gym classes almost 5 days a week, I still can't lose that fat around my torso area. After years of thinking and months of planning. I decided to go with the surgery to get the ideal results. I had my TT and Lipo on 2/17. The surgery took about 4 to 5 hours. My surgeon Dr Jaime Schwartz is very precise and patient and a perfectionist that's why I decided to go with his team. I do have to say, it was almost the worst pain I had experienced in my life other than that one time I had a second degree burnt on my arm. Fortunately, it was just the day of and after surgery, by day 2 post op, I only had to take Motrin to control the pain. However, I go with the no drain method which means I'm wearing the compression garments day and night. It's actually not as bad as I've imagined. The garments gave me lots of support and it helps with the back pain besides keeping the swelling down. Even though, now the itching is starting, I'm a bit worried how this will go for the rest of the weeks.I slept on the recliner at night and it helped a lot. I saw my scar the first time on day 4 post op when the NP cleaned and changed the tape around the scars. I'm happy to see how low it is. Now it's day 5 post op, I'm overall optimistic with the process and eager to see the results after the swelling subsides. Will continue to update my reviews

I just took a shower on Day 6 post op. And I’m able to take some better pictures to show the progress. Overall, the swelling hasn’t come down a whole lot but I can see the difference from day 4 already. And I feel I do have more bruises than some other people. Wondering why

The pain is 95% gone! Only a bit soreness at certain areas if I pressed on it. I went back to work yesterday on day 11 post OP. I was on my feet, standing Or walking around about 40% of the time at my job. And I was tired at the end of the day but it’s totally bearable. Took the third shower today and washed the binders. Glad to see the swelling in the front has gone down a lot. But I’m a bit worried about the swelling on the side around my hip areas. I hope that’s just temporary but not left over fat:(Here are some new pictures

The swelling is almost all gone now. I’ve been exercising at home during the lockdown and almost liking the result better! Who needs a gym anymore

Dr Schwartz is a great listener. I told him I wanted a very small implant, very natural. I got exactly that. We did low profile, 215cc’s, and you would never know I had my boobs “done,” just that they look great. He also did a perfect nipple reduction. I’m so happy with the results and so appreciate Dr Schwartz’s great bedside manner. He immediately makes you feel comfortable — and follows through with exactly what you ask for.

Dr. Schwartz and his staff are the best. I went to six consults with plastic surgeons and immediately knew when I met him that he was the surgeon for me. After extreme weight loss, Dr. Schwartz has done fleur de lis abdominoplasty, bra-line back lift, and mastoplexy for me. The whole experience has been great. He takes the time to explain everything and the process went very smoothly. I was up and feeling good the day after surgery. The results are amazing. He and his staff take the time to explain everything and take care of all my needs. I wouldn't choose any other surgeon and will be going back to him for the rest of my procedures. Hands down, he is the best of the best.
